Rashele was polite, attentive, and walked me through the entire process.
I had never purchased a monument before and was not at my best after losing my Dad, so I wasn’t looking forward to the challenge. I called a couple of other companies and felt like it was going to be a slog. I felt like my phone call was keeping them from something more important.
Then I called Rashele Kerley at JW Reynolds. She was polite, attentive, and walked me through the entire process, making me feel like honoring my Dad was the most important thing she had to do. And all those details that the funeral director told me that went in one ear and out the other in my grief? She knew them all, and was able to get me back up to speed.
Nor did her support stop after the contract was signed and the stone ordered. Rashele provided regular updates, and did all the coordination with the graveyard, the funeral parlor, and even the VA.
JW Reynolds deserves credit as well, for having a large selection of monuments and for having the wisdom to hire Rashele, but that lady is exceptionally good at her job and pleasant to work with.
